Extract
Brief Introduction:
The yeast extract is produced by our company in conformity
with the stipulations of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. It is
a pure natural product produced from fresh yeast latex by
enzyme, separation and concentration with balanced body-needed
amino acid, vitamin B series, nucleotide, polypeptide and
trace elements. It is a necessary element for microorganism
growth and combined flavoring material with nutrition and
function. It is brown thick viscous liquid with special
smell but no septic odor, soluble in water and solution
appears yellow or brown, weak acidity.
This product is widely used in industries such as pharmacy,
chemicals, scientific research, additives of nourishing
& health products, flavoring & nourishing
Usage:
The product is an ideal biological culture medium and main
material necessary for biological products, its effect is
equivalent to eight times of yeast, widely used in pharmaceutical,
biological engineering, scientific research, hygiene and
disease control, bacterium inspection, with excellent effect.
1.It can be used as flavoring and nourishing additive in
food industry with high protein and nutritiousness, various
vitamins and amino acid, and easy to be absorbed by body.
When used as additive in oral liquid, it can greatly improve
nourishment of oral liquid.
2. It can be used as nourishing additive in beef and delicious
chicken juice whose nourishment is several times higher
than that of monosodium glutamate, usually used as daily
skilly flavoring in foreign.
3. It can also be used as raw material in pharmaceutical
industry to produce high-protein products and biological
products, which is a necessary culture medium for biological
zymolysis, greatly improve the survival rate and propagation
rate of bacteria to improve the product grade and harvest.

Packed in the polythene barrel, 8kg/barrel and carton outside
(3barrel/carton) or according to the customer’s requirement.
AR products are packed in 500g glass bottle and wooden case
outside (20bottles/case)
Transportation and storage: keeping away
from sun and rain, stored in dry, shady and cool place.
